A Passion for Home From the Very Beginning

My love for all things real estate began when I was 14 years
old. Even then, I dreamed of living on my own and having a home to call my own.
I wanted a place that was truly mine, a place that felt peaceful, relaxing,
welcoming, but also a quiet sanctuary to create a home that is truly an
expression of me and the lifestyle I want to live. Our homes hold infinite
possibilities to develop a design and lifestyle that reflects one’s personality
and how they want to live in a space that’s uniquely their own.

Turning Dreams Into Reality

So, after graduating high school, I set out to make my
homeownership dreams a reality. By 22, I built my first home. I built four
other homes, including one in South Carolina, multiple rental properties, and
had two investment Airbnbs: one in Eureka Springs, AR, and one in Hilton Head,
SC. So you might say I have a passion for real estate with thorough experience
and knowledge working with new construction, investment, first-time home
buyers, and sellers.

Having 37 years’ experience in the sales and service
business, with the past 17+ years primarily devoted to real estate, I have
worked extremely hard in the years with Coldwell Banker to have closed 465
properties and 93 million dollars in sales and counting. I bring a deep
understanding of the markets in NW AR and SW MO and a personal commitment to my
clients. I’ve built my career around connecting with my buyers and sellers to
provide honesty, professionalism, knowledge, and experience they can trust in, while
also exceeding their expectations during their real estate journey.
